Description:

Facility Wizard Software (www.facilitywizard.com) is a rapidly growing Chicago-based independent software vendor focused on the development of applications exclusively for facilities, real estate administration, and capital/construction project management. The company’s product line consists of 3 core applications/solutions.

We are looking for technical support people to assist customers in answering questions and troubleshooting via the phone. A good understanding of relational databases is a plus. FileMaker experience and scripting skills are highly desirable. Candidate may also provide application training. Training and Support hours are M-F 9:00am – 6:00pm CST.
